Chemical Dependency (Substance Abuse) – Inpatient Rehab Treatment

Chemical dependency can be a primary, progressive, chronic and potentially fatal disease. It inflicts serious negative consequences on the lives of those afflicted and adversely affects the lives of family members and loved ones.

Although chronic, the disease is highly treatable. The goal of substance abuse treatment is to assist the patient in gaining the skills necessary for a lifestyle free of alcohol and drugs.

Only a licensed physician can make the diagnosis of a mental health disorder and approve a hospital admission.

Levels of Care

Acute Detoxification
This program offers 24-hour, medically managed detoxification with emphasis on stabilization and assessment of needs.

Drug Rehabilitation Services
This component offers a 24-hour medically supervised, structured environment to further the stabilization process.

Partial (Day) Hospitalization
An intensely structured program, this service is medically monitored and available five days a week.

Intensive Outpatient
Emphasis is placed on skill building and development. This task-oriented program is our least restrictive level of care. There are day and evening programs to choose from.

Family Services
We offer process groups, individual family sessions, weekly family lectures and intensive family seminars.

The focus of the Aftercare group is to provide ongoing professional support for clients in maintaining the positive lifestyle changes they have made during their treatment process.

Alumni Activities
Alumni organizations provide extensive and ongoing opportunities to develop a sober support network. The daily activities of Chemical Dependency Services are designed to assist an individual in integrating an alcohol and drug-free lifestyle founded on 12-step philosophy. We give every individual the opportunity to reach his or her maximum potential through an extensive continuum of care, alumni and community support programs.

Additionally, dual diagnosis care is conducted separately on a specialized unit for adults who have both acute psychiatric and chemical dependency issues. This program focuses on psychiatric stabilization and 12-step-based chemical dependency treatment.
