The Excel Centers

West Oaks Hospital operates three outpatient centers: One is located across the street from our main campus at 6612 E Hornwood, Houston, Texas 77074. Another location is in Katy, Texas. West Oaks Excel Center of Katy is located at 2900 Commercial Center Blvd, Suite 102, Katy, Texas 77494. Our newest location is in Friendswood, Texas. West Oaks Excel Center of Friendswood is located at 111 East Edgewood, Friendswood, Texas 77546.

Each site is staffed by a multidisciplinary treatment team of professionals. Day and evening programs are available. West Oaks Hospital believes in treating the individual as well as offering insight and assistance to the family.
