Referrals to West Oaks Hopital are accepted by phone, e-mail or in person 24 hours a day,7 days a week and are kept strictly confidential. Initial assessments are done at no-cost and are conducted by a licensed, qualified mental health professional. We also have physicians on-site at all times to provide further evaluation and immediate admission if needed. Day and evening appointments are available at all times. West Oaks Hospital contracts with most managed care companies and is a provider for Medicare, Managed Medicaid and traditional statewide Medicaid programs.
